From the beachfront properties of Redondo Beach to the canyons of Topanga, it’s safe to say that Dana’s candid, driven and loyal nature follows her wherever she goes.
A dedicated single mother of four whose childhood consisted of playing ice hockey and handling a paper route in the thick of New Jersey blizzards, Dana is not one to back down from a challenge—nor is she one to squirm at gutting a fish, pass up an opportunity to pay it forward, or turn down tickets to a music festival.

Having come from a professional background in the entertainment industry where she worked on the marketing and production of events such as The GRAMMY Awards, Dana understands the art of communication. After learning how to manage radio personality Howard Stern before the age of 23, she is well-equipped to negotiate her way through any situation. As motherhood has fine-tuned her ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, Dana dedicates time to sharing that knowledge by teaching time management seminars for Partners Trust as well as organizing break-out groups designed to support and elevate fellow agents. Ever since her first sale in 2007, cultivating relationships, establishing trust and applying the utmost devotion to each and every transaction is the only way Dana knows how to do business.

Kate’s energy, tenacity and passion for Real Estate drive her to be a top agent. She believes that hard work, clear communication and integrity are the cornerstones of a successful business, and this is attested by the over 200 residential transactions she has worked on since beginning her career in Real Estate in 2011. Before that, she was studying behavioral neurobiology and completed her undergrad in three years with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science.
Trained and inspired by Brian Tracy, Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie and Robert Kiyosaki, Kate is committed to personal and professional growth, constantly exploring new ways to excel and improve the Real Estate experience for her clients. She draws from her experience and instincts to protect her clients interests and proactively address details before issues arise. When challenges do emerge, Kate’s resourceful and enterprising nature allows her to creatively problem-solve to quickly identify a solution.
